  3. One condition of entry is that all entrants co-operate with The Business Exchange South West Limited, for the publication of a story/stories about their business (whether before or after the announcement of the winner) and also with any other media coverage that may be given to their business.
  4. Companies must be able to show that they meet the entry criteria, i.e., that they are based in BANES or within a ten-mile radius of Bath city centre, have been trading for more than 2 years and must be able to demonstrate a solid plan for the growth of the business.

  7. The decisions regarding which companies are included in the process and all judging will be carried out by the panel of 'Dragons', with the exception of the final, where the ultimate winner will be determined by the Dragons in conjunction with the findings of a live vote at the event.
  8. The cash prize will be awarded in addition to the services provided by the Dragons,  to be used solely at the discretion of the winning business.
